ONLY IF the apps in your cc desktop app are listed as trials:

 

follow the previous suggestion first.  if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

below are solutions some users reported:

 

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

 

if that fails, change the install location

What, exactly, happens when you try to open an app?

How are you trying to open it?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

How are you trying to open it?

Tell me all about your computer, like how many hard drives it has, what kind they are, what's on each one, how much space they have, and if they're almost full.

If you have NVIDIA graphics, make sure you're using the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA, not the Game Driver.
