I have a paid membership, why am is the software stating I am using a trial?

I keep getting kicked out of my account, and its asking me to start a new 7 day trail.  I've been an adobe customer for years, and this is really getting me mad.  They have no problem taking my subscription fees each month.

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
