Hi all, i hope someone can help me.
I have a Photoshop monthly subscription (25€). In november i started a master in an university and they provided me a code for a free creative cloud subscription for 1 year, so i activated this subscription in November, and i thought that automatically my photoshop subscription was suspended.
I see now i paid 25€ in november, december and january and i will pay also in february if i can't delete my photoshop subscription.
Where i can stop this subscription so for this year i will use only the creative cloud subscription of my university?
And also: Can i get a refund for this three months? I really don't understand why my profile is not automatically updated, but from november i activated my creative cloud subscription, so i not needed the photoshop subscription in the last three months
i paid 75€ for nothing.

Contact Customer Care and negotiate also a refund. Oh, and next time you need Photoshop, take the Photographer's plan! It's cheaper and includes Photoshop.
