I have an education account but adobe says my trial expired

I use my EMAIL REMOVED to use adobe products everything works fine but when I try to use Lightroom and edit a photo it says "Edit disabled while your trial as ended" then I click on the buy now button and it says "You subscribed Lightroom is ready for you to use." so I click ok and it till just says that I cant edit photos while y trial is over. I clearly have an education account and this should not be happening.

I've tried logging out and back in

I've tried reinstalling lightroom

I've tried reinstalling CC

What should I do?
