@kglad

I think the OP just wanted to cancel the Adobe Stock subscription and not the Adobe App (or Apps) subscription.

If you cancelled everything, you'll need to re-subscribe.

Once a plan is cancelled, it's gone for good.  See plan options below.  HINT: DO NOT check the box for Adobe Stock.

Hi there,

We are happy to help!

We checked the account details associated with your email ID and we see that you haved two subscription.

2) Creative Cloud All Apps: which I guess you are referring has been cancelled by you in error and is currently under Cancelling status.

Once, the plan is cancelled unfortunately, we cannot reinstate that. You will have to subscribe again.

However, since it was an error as suggested earlier please contact the Support team and do them know what the issue is and they may be able to help you adjust the penalties of early cancellation and you can purchase the plan again.

Also, please read the articles below to learn about cancellation terms for your subscription and also how to change the plan.

Please do not share any personal/confidential information like email ID, bank details, etc here. This is a public forum.

Hope the information was helpful to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,

Rashmi Swain
