Hi Stephen,

Is Photoshop listed in the list of installed programs on your computer?

After downloading and installing the Creative Cloud App you need to launch it and install Photoshop.

Same here, and the difference between our two complaints is SIX YEARS, so Pshop or their useless "Creative Cloud" concept has not advanced any
