I purchased the creative cloud membership on November 7th to complete a quick project. I canceled my membership on November 10th and received a cancellation confirmation email and I was also told after I canceled that I would get a full refund, but I still have yet to receive my refund. I am confused why I haven't gotten it yet since it has already been 10 days.
