I install Creative Cloud but the app doesn't show up

I have a MacBook Pro M1 Pro with macOS Monterey. Recently, I had to clean up the storage and since I was no longer using Adobe programs I deleted all the folders I found under their name. Now I want to reinstall and I'm worried that some of those folders were crucial to the installation.

My problem is that the installer runs perfectly, but when the installation bar reaches 100%, the installer closes and the app does not appear anywhere.

if nothing cc is on your computer (that you know of):

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud

if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

If you need to do this again, it is best to run the Uninstallers for each app.
