I just downloaded Creative Cloud but every time I try to sign in, it automatically signs me out.

I purchased the entire suite of Adobe products and can sign in online but if I try to download the apps, it wants me to sign into Creative Cloud but automatically signs me out every time I do. PLEASE HELP!
