I keep getting Error code 81 when I try to install creative cloud. Help!

I have been a creative cloud member for over a year.  I tried to download lightroom and nothing happened so I tried uninstalling the creative cloud.  Now I'm trying to reinstall it and keep getting error code 81. I have deleted every installer I can find on my computer.  Help!

So, does that means that I have to uninstall all my Adobe applications to fix my Adobe Creative Cloud?
