Hey Guys, I need some assistance
I subscribed for the Yearly Premium Plan a week ago, but I keep getting the prompt to subscribe again and when I click the subscription button, it shows that I'm already subscribed. It doesn't grant me access to Premium tools, and the app hole back and forth is really stressing me out. What can I do to stop this?

Joshtical, I am sorry but I don't show any active memberships for Adobe Rush under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. You have canceled your two previous memberships successfully through Google and Apple. Did you purchase an additional Premiere Rush membership on a different account, Joshtical? If so, please make sure to sign in under the account you used to make your purchase. ^JW
