I lost the "black friday" offer

Hello.

In the first of April, Adobe tried to renew my plan automatically, but my card was not charged.

I charged, updated my card information, waited for 5 days, but nothing happened. Adobe creative cloud started showing me a message says I'm going to lose my plan within few days.

I started chatting to adobe help center daily, I talked to more that 20 persons, but no one gave me any solution but cancelling my plan, and starting a new one. I told them I got my plan in the black friday, I'm paying cheaper submission due to an offer, they sent me more that 3 or 4 links to update my card information, and said: "you have to wait".
4 days ago, I got a message saying I have only one day before cancelling my plan. 3 days ago, and although the payment issued suddenly, I got a message saying this is the last time I can open Creative Cloud. I talked to the customer care, they said issuing the paymen does not mean renewing the plan! They said that It's my fault because of the delayed payment.

I said there are three different problems:
1- Plan cancelled after payment is issued. 2- You cannot give me the same offer if I cancel my plan. 3- Payment delayed although I was trying to find a solution, but your said all I have to do is to wait.

After hours and hours of chatting, nothing changed. I cancelled my plan and lost my offer. But they made a refund.

I tried to call the help center by phone, but it seems the number is not working.

How can I get back to my old plan?

Let me move this to the Get Started forum for you, which is the appropriate forum for account questions.

The Community Help forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.

Second, this is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser for this to work.

This is the link to the US website. If you are not in the US, the site should redirect to the page appropriate to the region associated with your ID.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.

You can also search for Adobe customer support using your favorite search engine. This will normally provide you with a regionally appropriate phone number that you can use.

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.
