I'm not recieving what im paying for.

I recently bought the student plan on the 3/4/25, however I am still not recieving my purchased app. I was confused as I have the billing receipt and the statement within my banking app. However I interacted with the virtual assistant and they state that I have no plan on my account. What do I do?
