I'm still getting charged for three months after cancelling back in April.

Hello there,

In April, I started a free trial of Adobe's photography plan and used it for a bit and then cancelled it after using it. After cancelling the free trial, I still got charged $10.85 on my bank statement titled "ADOBE PHOTOGRAPHY PLAN” even though I cancelled the trial. I talked to someone on the text support and they said they'd give me my money back but that never happened and then I just brushed it off because I didn’t care as much at the time.

Now in July of 2019, I check my bank statement to find out that I've been charged once again for "ADOBE PHOTOGRAPHY PLAN" on July 19th and I am furious. I thought I cancelled the plan back in April but no, I just have to find out that I've been getting charged for May, June, and July the same $10.85 each month for Lightroom and Photoshop which I am unable to use because I cancelled the plan and it doesn't show up on my account.

I would like to resolve this issue before I get charged again next month or else I will start to contact my bank and that is much more of a hassle than writing here on a forum.

Also just making sure this is apparent, my account says that I’m on no plans at all, I’m not paying for plans on my account but I’m still getting billed monthly.
