Thank you for replying, I believe a 32 bit operating system. I ended up Googling I found a download for Captivate 8 for 32 bit, but I cannot seem to find Captivate 9 for 32 bit download...

To find out what bit your OS has, follow these steps: Win 7 / 8 & 8.1 / 10
It do looks like Captivate 8 is indeed the last supporting 32-bit version, unfortunately...
