transfer nothing.

just install the cc desktop app on your new computer.  sign into your desktop app and install your adobe apps and trials.

There is nothing you need to do. For a CC subscription you are allowed to activate your license on up to 2 computers at a time so you could continue to use your Mac if you wanted. But if you are no longer going to use it you should deactivate the license on the Mac before installing on Windows so that you retain your 2 activations. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html
