My mac laptop hard drive fried and i have to get it replaced. The quarantine is slowing everything down. I haver another mac I want to put the creative suite on until I get the laptop fixed. how do I do that without being charged another license?

No problem installing on 2nd computer.  But before installing CC, please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.  Older computers may need an upgraded OS.
