I am subscribed to Lightroom, so should be able to access lightroom mobile. It says my trial has expired. Huh?? Anyway, chatted at great length with a gentleman online who insisted that I'm not subscribed.  

So when I tried to purchase the app, I'm told I'm already a subscriber!! I GIVE UP!! This has been a merry-go-round that I need to get off. Ugh!

you've jumping into a thread that already has ambiguity and adding more ambiguity.  for example, your 2nd post (and it's clarification), add nothing helpful.  it may make you feel better, but it wastes everyone else's time.

and your post of a 404 page, does not include the page's url, so it's too ambiguous to address except to point out the ambiguity.

I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and when I try to enter the Redemption Code on the website to get a serial number, it says my code is invalid. Is this a common problem? How do I go about getting a number/code that works. 😕

OK, you told me by private message (since the Reply button wasn't working for you, and I've reported that) that you purchased this on the Amazon website. I'm not sure if that is considered buying directly from Adobe, although it feels as if it ought to be.

In any case, what you need to do is contact Adobe customer support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
