I Need help and i want to talk to real person
Been there, done that,NOT HELPFUL
with what do you need help?
I am subscribed to Lightroom, so should be able to access lightroom mobile. It says my trial has expired. Huh?? Anyway, chatted at great length with a gentleman online who insisted that I'm not subscribed.
So when I tried to purchase the app, I'm told I'm already a subscriber!! I GIVE UP!! This has been a merry-go-round that I need to get off. Ugh!
I did that. Swati referred me back to the forum community.
what's the problem/question?
I want to talk to a real person about Adobe
There is a telephone number at the bottom of https://creative.adobe.com/plans but I think that is only for sales
For everything else you need to use Chat... or ask a specific question here to see if someone can help
Is it possible to talk to a real person regarding a problem I am having with Adobe?
no. read above.
I tried to ask the Chat bot if i could submit a simle suggestion and this is basically the response I got.
you've jumping into a thread that already has ambiguity and adding more ambiguity. for example, your 2nd post (and it's clarification), add nothing helpful. it may make you feel better, but it wastes everyone else's time.
and your post of a 404 page, does not include the page's url, so it's too ambiguous to address except to point out the ambiguity.
bottomline: if you want help using chat, follow these steps:
using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
if you want help with something else, what is it?
I want to talk to someone.
I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and when I try to enter the Redemption Code on the website to get a serial number, it says my code is invalid. Is this a common problem? How do I go about getting a number/code that works. 😕
Where did you buy it from?
OK, you told me by private message (since the Reply button wasn't working for you, and I've reported that) that you purchased this on the Amazon website. I'm not sure if that is considered buying directly from Adobe, although it feels as if it ought to be.
In any case, what you need to do is contact Adobe customer support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser for this to work.
This is the link to the US website. If you are not in the US, the site should redirect to the page appropriate to the region associated with your ID.
Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.
