every time I try to open my Adobe Cloud I can not get past the sign-in page. I can sign into the Adobe web page but I can not when I try to open it from the toolbar. I think that this is happening because I have adobe downloaded via my high school account (which was disabled). for that reason, I can not remove the old Adobe application to properly download the new program. I need to use adobe for a class I am taking now but currently, I can't.
