I need to apparently get application manager

When I open Photoshop on mylaptop, I get the following error:

Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged.

Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from

http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager.

However when I go to the link to grab it, it isn't active. Can you help?
