I have have attempted to make repeated contact with Adobe to fix a problem that should not be a problem in the first place. I need to be contacted immediately on REMOVED by phone or SMS so I can be taken through how to navigate through the Chinese screen that I cannot read by modem

There is no customer service available from adobe which is adequate
