I pay for the photography plan yet my CC only downloads trials

I hope someone can help me.

I've had the photography plan for months and never had a problem. I get charged every month and the apps used to run smoothly. That was until a few weeks ago when the apps wouldn't open (I only use Lightroom and Photoshop and both kept asking me to log in and then would crash as they try to open) and my Creative Cloud desktop app would ask if I wanted to download the 7-day trial for these apps ??!?!

I have uninstalled the creative cloud app as well as the apps and reinstalled everything directly from the Adobe website where the apps I can install are displayed (the ones that come with the photography plan), and I still have the same problem:

- Lightroom Classic CC says "Trial Expired: Buy Now"

- Photoshop says "Trial Expires in 7 days" (I didn't reinstall Photoshop until today, after uninstalling everything and thinking it would fix my problem).

Please help! I am running out of patience AND desperately need to access both apps for work!
