I want to install Adobe on a second computer

1) I can't install Adobe on a second computer, even though no software is open on the first computer.

2) Second problem: When installing it writes it to me:
"An unknown error has occurred. Here's the error code if you want to contact customer support"

3) It gets me to try to install and sends a code to the cellphone, I copy the cellphone code and it doesn't get

Adobe make more than 100 apps and programs, so please let us know exactly what you are trying to install, including the version number if you know it. Also your system version.

Installing software on a different computer does not check running a program on a different one. It's only when you activate the program that the software checks if the program has been activated on a different computer. Adobe software allows for 2 activations in general.
