I want to setup Adobe Authenticator, how can i get access?

I want to set up Adobe Authenticator on my new mobile phone. But there is an issue, I can't find the code in the desktop settings. On  turning two-factor authentication, there is no QR code appearing.

Kindly help, where can I find the QR code to use on my new mobile phone?
