Totally not fair. I want to cancel my plan. I will not pay another year. I wanted to change my plan but you make it so hard. I do not want to give you any more money. I have paid for 2 years and now I want you to let me go.

I was trying to canecl my plan from the first day after the free trial because I am working in a company and they pay me another abbonment but I couldn't. so just today I wanted to be suer that it canceld and that happens.
I contact the help center and they told me
they will do in exception for one time and cancel it without fee EXCEPTION like as i was not trying to cancel it before ......
Anyways i just wanted to share my experince.
