The chat put me on waiting line for lengths of time and the web page directed me to this as second option.
Only you can cancel your subscription or Adobe can, if the cancel button is not presented in your account. This has to do with the region you are in.
However, my experience with chat is low waiting time on chat, so I suppose you contacted chat during peak time.
