The support centre in India has stolen my serial number and product codes. I purchased Adobe Pro 2020 on April 9th,2021. The serial number on the box isn't working because it was stolen by the scammers in India pretending to be Adobe support. Sameer at Adobe Support must be delusional that I would allow him access to my computer.
I live in Canada. I would like to have customer service in Canada.

How can reach someone in Canada? The general phone number goes to India, they don't know what they are doing, they don't understand the basics, two product codes for different OS Windows and Mac. And one serial Number. The support has stolen my serial number.

The customer service in India stole my serial number on the Adobe Pro I purchased at Staples.

Adobe customer service does not steal serial numbers. You connected with a scammer. If you really connected with Adobe, you will have a case number of your interaction with Adobe.

Adobe's official support center is located in India. AFAIK, they don't have support centers in N. America. Sorry if that offends you but that's how it is.
As for "stealing" your serial number, I think you're mistaken. More likely, you have an incompatible computer system for your product version. Or maybe Staples sold you a bad license. In any case, this is NOT something fellow product users can remedy. Sorry.
Depending on your product license, Acrobat Pro 2020 requires Win10 with latest updates or Mac 10.13 or higher. See links below.
