Illustrator öffnet sich einfach nicht

Hey! Ich habe die Creative Cloud neu, hatte die Programme vorher schon drauf und jetzt als ich Illustrator öffnen wollte, passiert einfach nichts

Ich habe das Programm auch schon deinstalliert und wieder neu runtergeladen, aber es tut sich einfach nichts. Ich kann das Programm dann nur "sofort beenden".

Indesign und Photoshop funktionieren aber einwandfrei...

Okay, also mittlerweile reagieren weder Illustrator noch Photoshop.. Hilfe!!

Alinas49297372, did you receive any errors during the download and installation process for Illustrator and Photoshop CC?  If they are failing to open then check to see if there was an installation error.  Please see Creative Cloud download and install errors for information on how to locate the errors in the install log.
