Illustrator & InDesign doesn't want to start/respond/work today??!!

need some help please

I have to work (at home because covid-19) but still have to work : /

mes logiciels Illustrator et photoshop ne répondent pas aujourd’hui

ils ne veulent pas démarrer ni ouvrir mes fichiers… or j’ai besoin de travailler

avez-vous le même souci..? Merci pour votre aide

restart your computer and retry starting ai. if that fails, what do you see?

j’avais essayé déjà de redémarrer mon ordinateur
et ça ne fonctionnait toujours pas
mais là c’est bon Illustrator fonctionne à nouveau youpiii !
