everything with the download is working perfectley until it hits 10,3%, then it stops and wont go further. I've tried dowloading it several times. Tried everything regarding the connection to wifi and so on...what am I doing wrong??

Hmm, that's strange. Have you tried closing down the Creative Cloud app (by closing it down in the menu bar)? Just closing it down with the closing button doesn't really close it. Then restart it and try it again.
