Illustrator not installing

Hello, group, need help! Bought a 1-month license, downloaded the dmg, clicked the installer. The installation began and soon stopped at 9,8%. And so it is, for several hours. Nothing happens. Is it ok or something went wrong? If it is not going to be installed, i just want my money back...
