The software only opens on my Mac laptop, not on my desktop PC,

even though I'm connecting from the same cloud in Adobe.

why is it happening?

because I can not find a way to install it, without buying it, or start a week trial.

is the cc desktop app from here installed on your pc, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud ?
