Impossible d'installer la mise à jour de Creative Cloud

Bonjour, cela la fait maintenant bien 2 mois ou plus que l'installation d'une mise à jour dure. Je suis sur MacBook Pro. Souvent le chargement reste bloqué à 1%, parfois il charge un peu mais ne dépasse jamais les 50% de chargement et ce malgré les différents réseaux Wi-Fi utilisés. Il m'est arrivé quelques rares fois que le chargement n'aie tout simplement pas lieu et que je me retouve sur la page d'accueil "normale" de l'application.

Mais en attendant, il m'est toujours impossible d'utiliser l'application à jour et donc de tenir à la page Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc...

Une solution à ce problème exciste-t-elle?

Leochesi, what version of macOS are you installing on?  Have you been able to install Adobe applications previously on this computer?

It's macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, and yes I already installed adobe apps on this laptop
