Impossible d'ouvrir mes applis téléchargées

Bonjour, 

J'ai téléchargé le Cloud, mais je ne parviens pas à installer les applis auxqeulles j'ai accès (ex Photoshop) pourtant tout est à jour. j'ai un message d'erreur qui s'affiche lorsque je souhaite ouvrir Photoshop (ci-joint)
