impossible de lancer illustrator - VCRuntime 140...

Bonsoir, 

depuis 4 jours maintenant, impossible de lancer Illustrator ou même Photoshop.
Vous trouverez les images des messages en dessous.

J'ai :
- désinstallé - re installé 3 fois toute la suite Adobe
- redémarrer le PC après réinstallation
- redémarré le PC avant installation
Rien à faire ...
La solution proposée avec VC redist  ne se lance pas non plus ...

Que faire ..?

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help

Thx for the answer, but i already have a package of C runtime on my PC, some from 2005 and the most recent from 2013.

On the link you sent me, i only can find from 2008.. 
so i guess it wont worth it right ..?
