Impossible de mettre à jour les applications cc et creative cloud. J'ai essayé la réinstallation et la réparation expliquées par Adobe mais j'ai toujours le même problème. J'ai aussi essayé de désactivé le pare-feu mais rien n'y fait. Quelqu'un a t-il eu le même problème ? Pour info, je suis sur windows 11 depuis peu.

Pbe résolu en réinstallant entièrement windows au paramétrage d'usine puis réinstallation de toute la suite adobe et mes autres logiciels et applications. Tout un week-end !

Lorsque je lance creative cloud desktop, il ne parvient jamais à afficher
mes applications pour que je les mette à jour. Il indique toujours dans une
fenêtre bleue : "le chargement de vos applications semble prendre plus de
temps que d'habitude. Relancez Creative Cloud ou redémarrez votre
ordinateur et réessayez"
J'ai tout essayé : redémarrer l'ordi, réinstaller creative cloud en
utilisant les explications d'Adobe, désactiver mon pare-feu.
Rien n'y fait.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai voulu utiliser Adobe XD pour un client mais il n'a pas pu
enregistrer mon travail sur le cloud pour les mêmes raisons apparement

Mady, have any updates or changes been made to the computer or the installed security software?
