Impossible de télécharger les logiciels

Bonjour,

Je tente de télécharger photoshop et lightroom depuis ma console creative cloud mais le téléchargement de se termine jamais, il s'arrete systématiquement en cours de route... Je précise que je n'ai pas d'interuption de la connection internet.

Comment puis-je solutionner ce probleme?

Claudia973, sorry you are having problems installing Photoshop and Lightroom on the computer.  Please check the install log to determine the fatal error that is preventing the installation from completing.  For more information see  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.
