I am very disappointed about the malfunction of Adobe Creative Cloud payment information editing. I have tried to update the expire year of my Visa card in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome on two computers with the same error message every time. I even spent half an hour in a support chat when I was sent to the secure payment portal where the information seemed to be updated.
However, one week later I once more got an e-mail message that my credit card soon expires and when I check the payment info the expire year has not been updated yet. I also tried with a Mastercard but I got the same error message. I have used those cards at numerous other sites without any problem, so I do not understand why it is so difficult with Adobe.
It seems to be impossible to update the expire year in the payment info. What to do?
