Creative Cloud has gotten the idea that I am logged into too many devices, and it only ever shows me the two devices I am logged into (my MacBook Pro and my iMac even when I'm not using my Macbook, sometimes evne when it is just down entirely). This has gotten to the point where I have to reset my password every couple of months because CC is insisting my account is being shared and this is very annoying to have to go through when I have deadlines.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com and sign out from all devices
then enable 2fa, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/secure-your-adobe-account.html
then sign into your computer(s) as needed.

I do not have 2FA enabled currently, but I don't see how that would fix my problem when I have never seen a device signed in that I did not expect when it gives me the list.
I thought I was pretty clear that Creative Cloud was only ever showing me the two devices I was logged in on, and also I signed out of everything when I changed my password, only for CC to flag me a month or two later for the same thing.

if "Creative Cloud was only ever showing me the two devices I was logged in on, means your adobe account (https://account.adobe.com) only shows your two computers, tthen there's probably a problem on adobe's end and there's not much you can do but hope they fix it.
otherwise, explain what that quote means.

It means this, which is what I see when I go there right after having the notice pop up. All I have running is Premiere on my iMac.

what's running is irrelevant. but your account showing two devices is relevant, IF that's what your account shows when seeing a too many activated devices warning.

"what's running is irrelevant"
Because you programmed this service and you know what is and is not relevant in your algorithim?
"IF that's what your account shows when seeing a too many activated devices warning."
I did not fake a screenshot to show something that is not the case. What good would that do me exactly if I did?

i didn't program any adobe service. and i have no idea why you mention a faked screenshot.

Oh, so even though in your response to me you wrote, "what's running is irrelevant", you, in fact, don't know if perhaps the apps I have open on which devices may, indeed, be relevant?
And I guess when you wrote "IF" like that, in big letters, followed by "that's what your account shows when seeing a too many activated devices warning", that, in reality, you don't believe there is a possibly that it might not be what my account shows when seeing "a too many" activated devices warning?

you misunderstood. the issue is timing.
warning message about excess devices, then screenshot showing 2devices without any other relevant activity -> problem on adobe's end.

Can you explain specifically how the issue is timing in regards to the screenshots that I showed?

again, warning message about excess devices, then screenshot showing 2devices without any other relevant activity -> problem on adobe's end.
eg, if warning message while attempting to sign in with neither device shown, problem on your end.

That was all in my original post. It's probably a good idea to know the full context of what is going on before offering your opinion, which is apparently causing confusion.

Have you contacted Adobe Support?

Yes I did, they told me to enable 2FA, which I have, and just got the message again.
