Indesign 2022 not available

Hi - when I install INdesign from Creative Cloud desktop, I keep getting only V2019.

Any ideas why? on a recent build Windows 10 laptop. 

I have an issue where Indesign is crashing on launching on new model Dell Latitude 5430's. hoping if I was able to install 2022 it might fix it. It will only install 2019.

This is interesting, Adobe does not even support CC2019. Only the latest two versions are supported i.e. 2022 and 2021 so I am confused as to how come you are able to download/install a fresh copy of CC2019 via CC Desktop app.

I would suggest you try and see if there is any update pending for CC Desktop app and if it is then install it and then see what options you get for download

thanks, I tried that just now - I uninstalled all Adobe products, and Creative Cloud, then reinstalled Creative Cloud and installed Indesign from it. Create Cloud is showing as V5.8.0.592.

Indesign is still showing as Cc2019, and doesn't load, stops after it says it's starting startup panels

• Do you have an individual subscription or a teams/enterprise subscription?
• Can you share some screenshots on what you see in the CC Desktop app?

I've solved the issue - it was the Creative Cloud Desktop app packege. used the repair tool to remove everything, then created new package for Creative Cloud. thankyou for spending time to help.
