Hello,
I subscribe to the Indesign monthly package. My computer broke and will be out of commission for a month for repairs. I called customer service and they ticketed me a free month to use on my back up computer while my main computer is being fixed. However, the account still says that the trial is up and I need to purchase a subscription, despite the one month credit. Is there anyway to activate my account before the phone lines open on Monday to call in to solve my issue?
