Baixei o Creative Cloud, paguei os programas mas não consigo instalá-los. O meu pacote me dá direito ao Photoshop e Lightroom (e outros) mas eles nunca chegam no 100%, sempre param e não carregam nem até a metade. Alguém pode me ajudar?
