Hello,
I purchased all Adobe creative cloud - monthly on 16 Aug 2018 with account xxxx by email: xxxx installing Apps (Ps & Ai)
After that I format my laptop… I opened my account to reinstall apps, but it didn’t work… I create a new account xxxxxx by email xxxxx and purchased Adobe creative cloud - annual on 03 Sep 2018.
The problem is when I install Ps is ((Installion Failed))
I tried may times, still the same…. Failed.
Can you please help me to install Ps again?

Hi Eman,
Please do not post personal information here as then a moderator needs to edit your post and to remove that. In your case the post gets quite difficult to read.
Before I answer: Please make sure that you cancele dyour mont to month subscriprion, so that you do not get billed for that too. Adobe does not see you having two subscriptions on 2 different accounts.
So, you have a valid CC subscription and are failing to install the programs especially Photoshop after you having to redo your laptop from scratch?
Installing the programs works even without a valid subscription, as the subscription is only checked at the first start. So your problem has absolutly nothing to do with your subscription type.
You should tell us the specifications of your laptop as that is the most common cause to have programs to fail installing.
You should also give us the error code you get for the failed install. that would be a great source of information to direct you in the right corner.
