install Lightroom Classic issue

I am trying to download Lightroom Classic onto my Mac, OS Catalina (Updated last night).. I am able to get it into the download bar, then the window pops up to click the icon and begin install.. thats when nothing happens. I have ejected the download then redownloaded, and i think i have all the necessary requirements for download (I have been on 2015 CC for a few years and it is still on here) ...or am i on Classic already and i Just dont know it? I am so confused! HEELLPPPPP

Exactly which version of LR Classic?
