Install or Login Issue

I have just uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud multiple times, and every time is says "Logging in to creative Cloud".. all it does is try to load and then return me to a screen that says "you've been signed out, sign back in"... so i click to sign in and it just keeps cycling this over and over again. It will ocasionally flash a picture of the login screen but then goes back to the wheel of death.

I have deleted everything in the OOBE file, and most of the other troubleshooting found here.

Any ideas as to why I am stuck and Adobe Creative Cloud won't load properly?
