INSTALLATION D'INDESIGN IMPOSSIBLE

Bonjour,

 

J'ai payé un abonnement mensuel d'indesign depuis le 02 décembre 2023, et l' installation du logiciel sur mon ordinateur est toujours impossible....il m'a été présenté qu'indesign apparaît dans ma formule, mais une fois sur le creativecloud le logiciel n'apparaît pas dans les logiciels de ma formule. 

De plus, j'arrive à télécharger le "dossier d'installation" depuis le mail que adobe m'avait envoyé, mais impossible d'installer le logiciel en lui-même...J'ai tenté vraiment plusieurs moyens....que faire ?

Merci d'avance.

 

PS : Lorsque je clique sur "commencer" dans le creativecloud, cela ne me mène pas vers indesign, mais vers des images adobe lightroom etc...je ne comprends pas.

How old is your computer? If you are using an old Mac or old PC then the newest versions (which is all that Adobe offers in the desktop app) may not be available to you. Check here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html to see if your system is compatible.

Que se passe-t-il si tu cliques sur le bouton « accéder à vos applications et services » ?

Au temps pour moi, je n'avais pas vu la deuxiième capture d'écran. 

 

De plus, j'arrive à télécharger le "dossier d'installation" depuis le mail que adobe m'avait envoyé, mais impossible d'installer le logiciel en lui-même

Je ne savais pas qu'Adobe envoyait des liens… En principe, l'installation se fait via l'application Creative Cloud.

Try logging out and then back in to the Creative Cloud app. This might help. I am also moving this to the Download and Install forum

I second with the suggestions given by @Bill Silbert and @Manan Joshi.

Please make sure your system meets the requirements for running Adobe Indesign and test the issue after signing out and signing back in to the Creative Cloud desktop application.
