Je travaille avec la CS6, la seule qui fonctionne lorsqu'on ne dispose pas d'un accès au Cloud. J'ai voulu la réinstaller sur mon nouvel ordinateur sous Windows 10, mais le fichier d'installation me dit que ma clé d'activation a expiré. Quelle est la solution pour pouvoir continuer d'utiliser la CS6?

Thanks a lot, Dean... That's what I did, the agent (a real one, not a virtual one) told me there is no support any more for the CS6 and gave me the link to the forum of Adobe !

The chat agent is correct... Adobe no longer suppports that program from 2012

A CS6 serial number should not expire... HOWEVER

-where did you buy CS6... direct from Adobe or from some other vendor?

-I have read that some people who bought from a school DID have a time limit, which was between the school and Adobe, so the people who bought from that school DID have a time limit

 

You say re-install... so could the message have been that you had used up your 2 activations?

 

IF you have used up your 2 activations the ONLY support Adobe gives is to reset the activation count

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

I'll try to deactivate the CS on my old computer and if it does not work, I'll try again and again to get an answer from an agent in the chat...

I doubt that will work... as I posted, the ONLY thing chat may do is reset the activation count... if you ask for any other help you will only be sent back here
