Hi there, I recently tried downloading some programs from the creative cloud.The first being lightroom which froze about 10% into the installation. I then had to force quit and relaunch but it wouldn't let me and it kept showing that there was an ongoing installation and it made me quit it with no other options.Lastly i tried installing the creative cloud for desktop which also said there was an installation ongoing. Please do help as soon as possible thank you!

Please Open Windows Task Manager (for Windows computer ) or Mac Activity Monitor (for a Mac) and close all Adobe processes like Creative Cloud, CLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe Update Service, Adobe Genuine Software Service, Adobe Acrobat Update Service, AcroTray etc.
