Hi folks, I keep trying to download creative cloud and illustrator and after a while of loading it says "could not download operation timed out" It says that everytime. Is there something I can do to fix this?
Timeout errors would point to a weak internet line. If the line is fast enough, I would check my antivirus program, as those very often block also legitimate data.
