INSTALLATION FAILED - Premier Pro

Tried 100 times and its just says install fail and this is the only one i want out of all of em. Losing patience fast, so please help x

did you install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to try and install premiere pro?

if yes, what's your os version?

Is Windows up to date?

Do you have the latest Studio Driver if NVIDIA graphics?

What operating system?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?
